Gordon Ramsay travels to India for the first time to experience the stunning diversity of its culinary traditions, immersing himself in all aspects of Indian culture, no matter how challenging, unfamiliar or extreme. Gordon has always loved curry, one of Britain's favourite dishes, and now he finds out how to authentically cook the classics and try his hand at some of the most renowned regional dishes. His journey showcases India's stunning scenery, diverse people and an abundance of delicious, mouth-watering food.

　EP1

Ramsay cooks curry onboard the Mangala Express train between New Delhi and Lucknow for 400 diners.

　EP2

Ramsay travels to north-east India, stops include hunting at Shiyong Village, Majuli Island and Guwahati; attends chili eating show and samples cooking from Nagaland to Assam, and then on to Kolkata, where he sets up shop among the street food stalls hoping to tempt the local foodies into buying his curry. Dedicated to producer Alex Robinson.

　EP3

Ramsay visits an Ashram and learns to enjoy vegetarian food, later he travels to Kerala and takes part in a local race, and finally he heads back to Mumbai to put everything he has learned to the test as he cooks for a gathering of India's rich and glamorous.
